Gallery One has spent more than two decades curating contemporary Indian art from a Gurgaon gallery floor. The previous website was a WordPress shop template that opened with twelve thumbnail images and an orange discount-store call to action — the digital impression of a marketplace, not a gallery. The new site opens the way the gallery itself opens: one room, one statement, generous space around every object. The digital experience is finally in line with what visitors find when they walk through the door.
